1. Vision of your RCE: 
The Agglomeration Nizhny Novgorod is in a transformation process and is growing to be a Megapolis within the next 15 years. This transformation process will affect all aspects of city planning and city policy. It is generally believed that among these, the aspects of Sustainable Development will need extra attention, to ensure that the Megapolis Nizhny Novgorod will be an ever better place to live, work and study.
RCE Nizhny Novgorod advances research, projects, and activities in Education for Sustainable Development.

Cooperation between the partners proceeds in the form of project seminars on a stage of project elaboration, in the form of scientific, educational seminars and lectures on a stage of project implementation, in the form of joint authorship on a stage of preparation of scientific and educational materials on the basis of the results obtained during project fulfillment, in the form of a committee on a stage of the project results evaluation.
