Description of RCE and Geographic Region:
Anji county is located at the north of Zhejiang province, with a population of 460,000 and covering an area of 1886km2. Anji has been the proud recipient of the UN-HABITAT Scroll of Honors Award in China and was the first nationally recognised Ecological County in China.
