Development of projects and coordination of activities are at various levels depending on the oppurtunities. Mostly 2-3 institution jointly discuss and plan out activities and then generate resources and finally implement it.

Field based sustainable option demonstration involves research and pilot testing. Results of the test helps in makingb improvement before going for scale up of the programme. Similarly eductaional resources are developed with lot of R & D as per target group.
