Youth networks within the RCEs are very essential and necessary for sustainable project and programs. They are also necessary in attracting the attention and participation of the youth in the activities and function of the RCEs. May suggest Youth conventions in all the continents and up scaling of the YUVA mmet to a global RCE youth convention.
