1. Project title: 
Intergenerational Workshop: Methods for Sustainable Development Processes in Regions and Business
2. Project Description: 
In this intergenerational workshop participants (students, interested people and regional actors) learn about examples of sustainable development processes in regions and businesses. The participants analyse the development processes in team-working and learn about motivations for development processes, activities and conditions of sustainable development.
The workshop is hold on four days in November 2010.

6. Expected outcomes:: 
The participant get a deeper understandig of sustainable development in regions and economy. Due to the structure of the workshop with students and empolyed or retired participants knowledge transfer between the generations is made possible and a new method of learning and experience is practised.

The participants learn in different methods (interactive, presentations, discussions, team-working) about:
- introduction to sustainable development (history, systematics, current developments)
- introduction to change management in business and regions
- methods for analysation of systems, netwoks and actors
- systemic analysation of development processes
- Graz model for integrative development processes for susainability
- local examples of development processes in regions, businesses, regional development and educational institutions
