Provide a short description of the project including strategies, regional challenges, aims and specific project activities.:

Three professionals joined our RCE team, with the support of our Think Tank. With PhDs, extensive teaching and/or research experience, and interest in serving broader sustainability issues, it was not appropriate to have them serve as Interns. So, we established the Fellows Program to offer a professional title to our team members and to allow them to engage in research and apply for grants. Their interests vary from biodiversity and agriculture to climate change and community mapping. The Fellows application is now established and available for others in the future.
