Provide a short description of the project including strategies, regional challenges, aims and specific project activities.: 

The Waterschool China programme is a component of the International Water School Programme initiated in Austria by Swarovski. The project has been implemented by SISC and other Greater Shangri-la Members in China since 2008, and seeks to educate school students and engage communities throughout China’s river basins in ways that enable them to become active participants in sustainable water resource management.
