• The In-Depth Analyses, "Achieving the UN Agenda 2030: Overall actions for the successful implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals before and after the 2030 deadline", gives insights into the SDGs’ implementation processes and complexities by analyzing current challenges and the impact of global crises as well as potential actions needed to achieve the 2030 Agenda, and recommendations for European Institutions and multi-stakeholders. The study emphasizes the European Union strong leadership role, globally and regionally, in implementing the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development acknowledging that is a matter of urgency its ambitions now need to be translated into strategies and actions. The first European Union Voluntary Review, at the 2023 UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, is an important milestone for the SDGs monitoring and reporting, and has to be inclusive with the contribution of all interested stakeholders. This In-Depth Analysis aims to assist the European Parliament by contributing to policy and legislative debates ahead of the 2023 SDG Summit.
