8. Project coordination (e.g. teams):
The gathering of baseline data in Banacon Island through Participatory Resource Appraisal and Focus Group Discussion was spearheaded by Bohol Island State University and the Regional Climate Change Center. But the whole project will be coordinated to the stakeholders in order to implement the collaborative approach adapted by RCE Bohol. Considering our new existence as an organization, we are still in the process of strengthening further the institutional commitment of the stakeholders.

Available results are data about Current Socio-economic Realities, Current State of Environment, Seasonal Calendar of the Community, Current Social Mobility, Climate Change Awareness as well as the Problems, Needs and Potential Solutions generated from the Participatory Resource Appraisal (PRA) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted in Banacon. These results are part of the preliminary component of the whole project.

15. Type of involvement:
1. Bohol Island State University and the Department of Education will organize the key people and the community;
2. The Regional Climate Change Center will spearhead in installing public awareness on Climate Change Adaptation and Management, Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Environmental Education;
3. RCE Bohol itself through its secretariat will coordinate with stakeholders like the Department of Health, Department of Social Services, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Department of Tourism for their participation; monitor and evaluate project impacts by creating an in-house committee; and conduct a workshop to determine and draft the project cost and budget.

17. Educational activities:
We have conducted input to the local residents of Banacon on Waste Management, Health and Sanitation. Faculty of Bohol Island State University who are and will be potentially involved in the project were also given training and orientation.

The research component of the project is done as a preliminary activity. It was the generation of baseline data through the conduct of Participatory Resource Appraisal and Focus Group Discussion.
