Partners participate in development projects based on issues raised within the community together with partners within the projects. If conducted through SCS-CEL programs, the criteria of partnership and programs are based on those set up by university programs. Independent actors implement their projects based on policy on their organisations. The activities are shared trough the web and presentations of best practices.

9. Educational activities :
Education is a media for transforming sustainable concept into implementation which are conducted through formal, non-formal and informal education.RCE Yogyakarta targets individuals, organizations, local government and community within the region to achieve the goals of Education for Sustainable Development.

RCE Yogyakarta develop "agents of change", promoting sustainable development concept to stake holders. RCE Yogyakarta develop concept and technology which support Sustainable Development and implement it at and with community.
