TRiFOCAL London is an initiative being led by Resource London (a partnership between WRAP and LWARB) together with Groundwork London. The aim of the project is to pilot an innovative approach to encourage the prevention of food waste by changing behaviours, to promote healthy and sustainable eating, and to encourage food waste recycling.

The team are currently looking to hear from businesses that would be interested in pioneering and cascading good practice across London, as well as EU replication cities to feed into the project development and act as ambassadors of the TRiFOCAL project in their countries. They will also be working to deliver workshops on food waste to schools in London, and are looking for teachers who would like to be a part of the schools working group to guide the future of the schools programme.
