a) Criteria/ indicators used to assess aspects of RCE work/ project: Character count 300 words: 
The program “The Integration of Education for Sustainable Development in Inner Mongolia and the In-service Teacher Training” actively cooperated with China's basic education reform to serve the new curriculum reform. It has promoted infiltration and fusion of the formal education in the education for sustainable development.
Carrying out effective training improved the director of the project school leaders and backbone teachers' consciousness of the education for sustainable development,testified work ability so that they can be qualified for the experimental work ability of the project, helped the primary and secondary school teachers realize the teaching concepts of the education for sustainable development, formed the new teaching ideas and methods, enhanced the teaching level in the local natural and cultural background and the teaching life practice. It integrated the project into the course of the platform, and created the performance of the new curriculum reform.

b) Successes of the RCE and lessons learned: Character count 300 words: 
It is difficult to open a new form, content, and the regional characteristics of the environment as a special, unique new curriculum teaching in primary and secondary schools. Because for the opening of a new course, first of all, you need to coordinate relevant departments of the school, and get the support of the school. Secondly, it must have a certain faculty, and teachers should not only have the necessary knowledge, and more importantly, they should also have new teaching ideas and new methods of teaching. Lastly, you should make a specific teaching plan, including the teaching goals, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching progress.
The project training assumes that the course experiment task must be carried on with the careful preparation, aiming at the above problems and careful planning. If you want to hold a meeting, maybe you will fully demonstrate all the details in the process of project implementation, organization of capable teacher teaching force in the planning and implementing the project, which provides a strong support of funding and organization for smooth implementation of the project.
c) Challenges experiences: Character count 300 words: 
To give full play to the roles of the primary and secondary school in-service teachers' in promoting the sustainable development of the region, and to promote the ability of environmental education of elementary and secondary school teachers is a long-term arduous task. Therefore, on the basis of the project job, on the one hand, we will continue the experimental work of “The Integration of the Education for Sustainable Development in Inner Mongolia and the In-service Teacher Training; on the other hand, we will clarify responsibilities, fully excavate potentials, give full play to the colleges and universities in scientific research, teacher training, the unique superiority and social services and so on. The regional education for sustainable development plays the leading professional role in the work in order to promote regional sustainable comprehensive development of education and then gradually establish a perfect environment for formal education system and the demonstration of the significance of environmental education area so as to promote the construction of ecological environment in Inner Mongolia.
