This chapter discusses community health projects conducted by RCE BMU Collaborators, on the US side of the border plus one initiative in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua México.

Projects in El Paso, Texas USA include a water purification project utilizing nanotechnology; community health initiatives overseen by Stakeholders organized under the Alliance of Border Collaboratives; migrant health and assistance programs in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua México; organic agriculture, pesticide control, farm worker assistance, emergency care and health assistance to vulnerable children in Salinas, California USA.
