Description: 
Norman Christopher has developed a useful tool to support sustainability stakeholdlers attempting to organize their communities around sustainable practices.  This tool is the product of deep reflection on the creation of the Grand Rapids Community Sustainability Partnership, predecessor to the Grand Rapids RCE.
We wish to make the tool available widely within the RCE global network for organizing and process improvement by RCEs and others.
