RCE middle Albania has conducted a self evaluation also included in the thesis "Fundraising for Regional Networks in Transition Countries-Chances, Strategies and Practical Experiences by the Example of RCE middle Albania", of "Executive Master Program in Public Management" at Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
b) Successes of the RCE and lessons learned: Character count 300 words:
Increase the number of partners, its recognition in the country and neighbor countries, popularity among students community
RCE Albania Region expansion, in the light of country new administrative reform;
Narrowing areas of concentration and focus on: Green Economy, Energy, and Training
Legally registration on the country as an Association network;
Capacity strengthening program for the partners;
Permanent representative offices, in the three regions Tirana Durres Elbasan;
Application with other universities in Europe for EU funded projects
Implement project based on existing regional strategies
