1. Aim: What was the aim of your evaluation? : 
- Evaluation is conducted in two ways: within RCE Yogyakarta in general and within the projects conducted by each member, generally is conducted once a year
- evaluation is conducted to assess the performance, effectiveness of the approaches, the output and the outcomes obtained, what are the challenges, obstacles and how to solve those problems. What the next action we could make for the year ahead.

At the beginning or at the end of the year
3. Participants & role: Who participated in evaluation and what was their role? : 
- General evaluation within RCE are participated by all members. All members are involved in discussion about the organisation, programs and what actions could be taken
- Evaluation within the projects are conducted according to the criteria set up by the projects
4. Method for getting information: How did you obtain information necessary for evaluation? : 
by meetings and reports
5. Findings: What are the main findings of your self-evaluation? : 
- memberships and commitment: need to increase membership and commitment of actions
- documentation and publication: need integrated documentation about the programs and actions taken
- funding: need more active role in finding funds for ESD implementation to accelerate the actions
