RCE Mumbai is located in the commercial capital of India, which is home to nearly 22 million people from diverse linguistic, religious, cultural and professional backgrounds. The impetus given to development projects such as a sea link, flyovers, expressways and new airports have fuelled the development debate wherein environmental and social issues are often compromised.
